Oily hair can be frustrating, especially if you know that you have washed the previous day. It can look dirty, dingy and it’s more noticeable with lighter, than darker hairs. Greasy hair is a result of an excess of secretion of sebum caused by the sebaceous glands in the scalp.
While some people experience normal secretion, other have problems with the excessive amount, which can cause health problems, such as the itchy scalp, dandruff, scalp acne, and other scalp disorders. Some women use minoxidil hair loss worse, or oral minoxidil for hair loss. But, other alternatives can help you as well.
A balanced diet, healthy fats, and carbs
